''Come As You Are, But Come Expecting''

Here at Fivestones Church we envision our outreach to the world as that of a hospital. We want to see the wounded and broken restored through God's love, and the love of those formerly broken, who have experienced His love and restoration, and are committed to sharing that with others.  II Corinthians 1:4 states "He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others with the same comfort that we have received from God."

As a part of that mission we support women in drug and alcohol recovery through our bi-weekly Gatherings known as 'Warriors Rising Recovery' support group. We know  that women who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction have a tendency to isolate. They need to be drawn out of themselves and into a family where they can belong; and feel that they have a people, a purpose, and a place to be heard.

Our DESIRE:  is to encourage and support women in their life of freedom from addiction, and help build them into strong warriors for God!

Our FOCUS: is on support, accountability, Bible study and fellowship. We do not follow anyone else's model in our gatherings because we are desiring to be led by the Holy Spirit to make this a welcoming, yet challenging 'home' for our ladies!

Our MOTTO: is 'Come as you are, but come expecting'!

Our GATHERINGS: Warriors Rising recovery meets the second and fourth Saturdays of every month in the North Auditorium of Fivestones Church at 1358 Sixes Rd Canton, Georgia.  We start our meetings at 6 p.m. with a meal and fellowship time.  We then have either a special speaker, or we will be involved in Bible study directed towards Women's Recovery and successful living. Our Gatherings generally wrap up around 8:30 p.m. Gatherings are only open to women at this time and we ask our ladies to leave the children with a sitter, because we want the ladies to be able to focus on themselves during this time. Please join us at our next Gathering. We look forward to getting to know you and being a partner in your recovery!
